Request: Orta

As requested by , her character Orta.

which is technically the only reference pic i needed... i thought it was Orta's most iconic look apart from her other depictions in *Rui-Shi's awesome gallery... so i used both the general design of her armor and pose for this.




on with the mini tirade....

i couldn't really glean anything else from her character apart from the fact that she was supposed to be a drow fighter... but then i saw this ([link] and saw that she was also a shade. so being netherese-like, i opted for the creepy-vibes look.

i'd like to think i stayed pretty true to her character, so i'm pretty happy with that. also, i particularly liked how she came out looking like a more grown-up version of orta (probly well into two centuries of life...)... XD

Here it is Ru.... hope i did her justice...

i was actually half-tempted to draw entreri in there with her as a background subject... but then again... maybe for another time.
