Hi, I hope this isn't too much to ask. I admire this kind of amazing Y2K era art and ever since I was a kid I always wanted to learn how to do this kind of stuff (mostly for wallpapers and for promo art for my own projects). Sadly nowadays most tutorials don't teach this kind of stuff and prefer to teach more minimalist stuff.
If I may ask, where can I learn how to make this kind of visual/graphical art and what are the best tutorials or books I can read up on to learn how to make art like you do? I only have Adobe Photoshop CS6, so I hope that's sufficient, is any additional software required to do this kind of art?
I know this would've been better as a note, but given the state of modern DA (I haven't used it in almost half a decade), I was worried it would've been seen as spam or something, so I preferred posting it on the profile.
Thank you and best wishes.

Thanks, appreciated :)
