T H E Birdcages themselves were quaint. Zak found himself sitting on the bed, looking through a nightstand, trying to find anything useful. Aaron went throughout the rooms, looking under the beds; he found nothing suitable.
Aaron waltzed into the last room where Zak sat; his face was cupped in his hands and he looked anxious.
This Demon is far too powerful. Zak must be fighting every urge to control it at this point…
Zak stretched his back and peered to Aaron, who was backed up to the door. He did his best not to show any signs of hesitation, but he couldn’t stop his leg from trembling. The corner of Zak’s lips curled while watching Aaron.
