Hi guys, I was wondering if you could help me to remember the title of a manga I used to read years ago.
We're a talking about early 2000's I think. I suppose it wasn't very popular. Anyway here's what I remember.
The story takes place in a world where live both humans and sort of human-animal hybrids. The hybrids should be live peacefully into the society, but they're actually discriminated by a large parts of the human (very likely the mutants in the Marvel universe).
The protagonist is a hybrid police-girl who work hard to apply the law and defending hybrids' rights. She is usually the timid cute gentle type, but she's also very strong due to her hybrid factor and a skilled martial artist. It was also hinted in various chapters that once in the past she lost control of her powers and went rampage, causing major issue in the city (her hybrid half seems to be no animal, but a demon-like with horns, etc.).
She's paired with a human detective guy. If I remember correctly he was raised in an orphanage together with a lot of hybrid children.
I also think the girl, at least in her demon-form, has black eyes and white pupils (like Ashido from My Hero Academia).
I remember the title was a single word for some mental/psychic condition… like Euphoria, Phobia, etc. But I just can't guess it right
Any help is appreciated
EDIT: It was Megalomania!
Thank you to all the people stopping by to help me
