Lavender

This is a mash-up of the Numix GTK theme and the Moka project Orchis GTK theme which I call Lavender.  Orchis is a great theme but unfortunately has not yet been upgraded to support GTK 3.14 and thus has a few issues. I decided to do this mash-up to get the color scheme I liked from Orchis in Numix which does support 3.14. While not quite as attractive as Orchis, it does the job for me and thought others might benefit from it.

The GTK theme is derived primarily from Numix but uses various items from Moka including the Moka gnome-shell theme and for the GTK 2 and 3 theme
the colors, GTK 3 assets (images) and some CSS from the Moka project's excellent Orchis GTK theme. This theme has only been tested with GTK 3.14 using Arch Linux. Also, The Numix theme portions for Xfce, Unity and Openbox have been removed since I do not use those and am unable to test. If someone wishes to add these back in with the colors and assets appropriately tweaked please feel free to send me an update.

As noted the gnome-shell theme is a copy of the Moka theme with a couple of minor tweaks to the CSS, specifically added a tweak to the Dash to made it easier to identify running applications at a glance.
