Similar to the Super Rainbow Dash form by 
, and again designed by him. Was originally going to use a design and color scheme I thought up, but considering it looked awful and just plain ridiculous went with the default design S-R-D had originally made.
Now this is just my headcanon so I'm probably completely wrong on this, but in this form Fluttershy has incredibly strong defensive abilities. Her wings can act as a shield from pretty much anything, as well as allow her to fly more quickly than usual with bursts of speed (though not constant like Super Dash).
Note from S-R-D: her eyes (since they're closed here) are a shade similar to that of her new cutie-mark color (the blue), though probably just a touch lighter.
Another fun little thing, decided to practice some shading on this one, and I think it turned out pretty good.

One of my personal issues with Fluttershy and Applejack is their extreme slowness, especially compared to my two favourites, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie! As a naturally fast and somewhat energetic person, it's draining for me to witness since it makes both slow ponies boring, uptight and too predictable!
