I'm afraid I don't control the install process. That's all handled by Amazon. I suggest opening a ticket with them. Sorry I can't do more . Once I put the app in their store, I don't have any control over how they deliver it.
It's not a link I have, unfortunately. It's just an internal one on your Google account. But if you can't find the contact link, just PM me the order number and I'll look the order up to do the refund manually.
