The City OCT - Round 1 PG 1

Bah, I know I'm not going to make it in time, so I'm uploading what I have finished. I tried to put up as much as necessary to get the story, but I think probably either way I'm disqualified (honestly, though, it's the BG's that killed me...I shouldn't have tried to make everything color, lol)...oh well, I really enjoyed working with Que, and I had hoped to see more of Que anyway. (Although my sister and I had a lot more planned for Ourabo that I had hoped to share...some of the ideas I had didn't apply directly to Ourabo, if anyone is interested in hearing them and possibly using it for the tournament, if I end up being disqualified. Either way, though, I think if I had made this look like I had intended to originally I wouldn't have had much of a chance anyway). It was a case of dealing with not only one, but two busy schedules, as well as a lot of school work...*sigh*

I'm sorry I let you down, Nyaph...I wanted to be a worthy opponent :C

(Edit: Well, it looks like I'm not the only one who's comic is a little rough, so I suppose I should stop assuming and leave the decision up to the judges...still, though, I wanted to at least create something that had a fighting chance, but man, Nyaph's round is gorgeous @__@, if anything, the nearly sleepless nights I was working on this was totally worth seeing Nyaph draw Ourabo and Pho)
