Freud ref

All I know about this guy is that he exists. "Young guy with baggy pants" was the first thing to come to mind; probably not in compliance with UESC guidelines, but then, Freud's an AI who may or may not have access to important parts of the Leviathan. Are you really gonna whinge at him for it?
