One more major fan scenario down. Balapoel of "Marathon: Fell" informs the Commander of the UESG Tethys of his status as a living time paradox and acts as his mission control. 

Reading a third of the terminals (using a terminal browsing program, that is) has left me with a few suspicions about him and his rival Parael, but that goes into spoilers. Originally, those two used the same insignia and colour as Durandal; both elements have been altered.
