I got around to updating my bison skull papercraft model. Aside from a major meshing overhaul, this version can have its horns in a separate color, and has much improved anatomy.
It was interesting having them side by side. I've gotten a lot better!

I have printed your Bison and can't wait to build it! I have been building 3d paper crafts for about 7 years, using a few different digital die cutting machines, and designing some (simpler than yours) items myself. I can't open the PDO file. I have tried several different ways. I'm doing something wrong. I am on a Mac.

I just attempted this and it came out pretty well! I just have one question. When I was finished I was left with two pieces from sheet 1/7 that didn't seem to go anywhere. The bison skull looked complete so I just tossed them out but was I supposed to have extra pieces?
Those are probably the parts that fill in the holes of the nose.
Thanks for sharing this awesome work! I just made one myself. It's my second papercraft project so I found it very challenging but very rewarding

Which lines should be folded mountain/valley?
what is the size of the entire skull once its complete?
40cm across, horn to horn. Smaller than life size but still pretty big.
Noob questions: are you supposed to glue the tabs in the order they're numbered? And what kind of glue do you use?
Nah, pepakura assigns the numbers pretty much at random.
I use an Aleene's tacky glue pen but any liquid craft glue will work fine.
