Warhammer 40k Medical Officer cap badge

So I play a Warhammer 40k live roleplay, and in it, I play an Imperial Guard medical officer, and wanted something cool to identify me as such. Now, as there isn't much in the way of medic fluff in 40k, I had a bit of artistic licence. I took two British military badges, modified and combined them, and added a pewter skull charm to the top. I am no metal worker, so it is all wire and araldite holding it together. I have a cap ready for it, but here, the glue wasn't dry yet.
