Twilight is actually working with the "Crimson Changelings", I thought Twilight was at least slightly helping her citizens.

It's odd that the order is worded in the singular.

Twilight lied to all of the people, or did she just trick everyone or even just, umm, I don't know much since I don't remember a lot of the information of this comic series anymore, sorry

So Kickass Spike slays the Red Changeling (which was awesome!), everypony else only sees his back as he examines the body..."conveniently" finds a royal mark and letter on it to steal the Keys.
Yeah.. until he actually lets Pinkie and AJ read the note (and grudgingly admit it might be true), I'm thinking he's saying this to reinforce his story that Twilly wants them killed so they'd believe him and his Resistance.

Hmmmmmm,  since when is Twilight referring to any of the Mane 6 as "key of prophacy?"  Oh, I really hate to admit this. I really, really do, but maybe Twilight really is one of these Zygon things.  Kinda sad if she is, as it will really make the story kind of 'meh' to me.
