what is CBR?
The Cbr (or Cbz) is an image compression format (Jpg, mainly), used in comics for downloading and viewing with specific applications and programs (Cdisplay, Gonvisor, Sumatra, I recommend the second mentioned). Thus, you can, in a single file (such as a Winrar or Winzip or its equivalents) distribute extensive compilations of comic strips without it becoming too cumbersome. I think that format would work well for your incredible epic with the Mane 6. Personally speaking, I hope to see your comic well.

Are you going to fix the first few pages, where the mane six completely omit Spike from their birthday plans, and then decide not to take him into the future, and then reveal that they never had any intention of meeting him in the future? Pretty sure that's what made me stop reading: they finally reunited with BeefSpike and felt no guilt about completely forgetting him.

Man, as cool as this is, I really hope you don't get into legal trouble for this. It's illegal as heck to sell fanmade content for an IP that without some sort of license from the IP holders.
