The Sages were extremely reluctant to teach Iggy this move since it consumes a lot of his aura. Since Iggy constantly reads the aura scrolls, he finally managed to greatly decrease aura consumption but at a price, lose the beams power. By releasing the aura from his wrists rather than his palms, he can recycle excess aura and use it for his Galic gun. Since it can charge fairly quickly, he is able to rush his opponents if they were charging energy attacks.
After learning this move, he vows to find the truth behind his fathers death, since he gained a lot of support from both the koopas, and surprisingly, princess peach.
