Dark Mind: Ghost Type, Status, No Damage, 95 Acc., 20PP, Normal Range. Lowers the target's stat randomly by 2.

Shadow Bind: Ghost Type, Physical, 70 Damage, 100 Acc., 10PP, Normal Range. Prevents the opponent from fleeing for 2-5 turns.

This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
