Description
I got the sudden urge to draw HIM from Powerpuff girls. It just kinda hit me so I did it, lol. He is one of my favorite old-school cartoon villains (along with Katz from Courage the Cowardly Dog.)
On a side note, I watched a bit of PPG Z and was completely and utterly disappointed by their remaking of HIM.
