I had first heard about the series when I watched a video review of Ty 2: Bush Rescue on Gamer Tv.  When I saw it, I wanted to play it, as I  enjoy playing platformers.

So I'm currently playing TY 2 on my PS2 now. It's really fun. It feels like a mix of 3D platformer classics, like Super Mario 64, Sonic, Crash, Spyro, Rayman, Banjo Kazooie, etc, while retaining its unique charm. You also get to play through various missions. Ty is always ready to help, and the npcs like to use that to their advantage, lol. Npcs tend to take game heroes for granted, lol. I also like Ty's weapon - the boomerang, and there are various boomerangs to choose from, which have unique features. My fav boomerang is the lash-a-rang.

It's a really fun series, and if you haven't tried any of the TY games yet, but enjoy platformers, I recommend you get the trilogy. :)
