I figured that since I'm pretty bad at drawing humanoid figures and such, I should learn more about the human body. So I signed up for Anatomy this year. God damn it this class is difficult. I was expecting more diagrams and pictures and stuff... and less words. But whatever, hopefully it'll help out in the end. Oh and sorry for the long absence. I had a lot of work I still wanted to put on on DA, but never got around to it. And now that I look, it doesn't seem as good as I thought it did when I made it. Got some newer stuff that I'd like to share though ;p

I've got these really detailed drawings floating around in my head, but I just can't get them to work on paper... I've concluded that it might be the supplies I'm using. Right now, I just use assorted mechanical pencils on assorted sketchbooks and I blend with assorted stumps. And so, I'm asking you for help... what sort of pencils or other tools do you think would work best for my style of art? I'd like to get as detailed as possible. Most of my work is done at school, so I can't use a huge workspace (though that would probably help a lot). I feel so restricted right now, I know I can do better. I'll look into as many suggestions as I can

Due to Canon's crappy support and failure to deliver 64-bit drivers for my previous scanners, I've shoved them aside and switched to HP, and boy am I glad I did! I've been working on big illustration boards, so don't expect a sudden uprising in my submissions...

Yo! Your art is awesome!
Hey, Chris, It's been a long time. Your artistic skills have improved dramatically over the years. Is there some way to contact you other than Deviantart?

Best regards,
Asib Tayeb
Of course! Dropped you a private message (note).
Thank you for the llama ^^
