Humans of Sodor #8 ~ Mr. Ringo GuardThe eldest of the Guard Family, a family of butlers and protectors for the Norramby family for many generations. Although he seems a bit gruff at first, Ringo is actually a very friendly man, and has often been seen as a "big brother" figure to children of Sodor. He's a talented storyteller, and often tells the engines stories he knows involving Sudrian legends and mythology. It's said that he bears a striking resemblance to a certain member of the Beatles, but this is very much denied by him AND Sir Robert Norramby! Ironically he also has been known to be talented with a pair of drumsticks, furthering the mysterious coincidence!Much like many of his family, Ringo is quite fond of a good fish and chip, and has often been spotted around Tidmouth sampling another bit of fare from a certain woman who's caught his eye! No evidence has shown up to prove this currently!
Humans of Sodor #7 ~ Captain Sean ZeroThe scheming and devious owner of the Z-Stacks, a rival tug fleet to the Star Tugs. Although he's bad tempered, and has been known to hatch schemes to put the Star Fleet out of business, all is not as it seems. Zero was previously a decent man, trying to make a living with his fleet, but the incident involving the San Marcos in 1917 ended up putting almost everything within the New York Harbor at a disadvantage due to a mistake involving the Navy. With no other business options, Zero turned to the various crime families of New York City to aid him in his deeds.Zero's actions were unnoticed for the most part, and despite the scheming actions of him and his fleet, there were several times that the two fleets would work together. Despite his connections, he had a falling out with an Australian tramp steamer named Johnny Cuba. All that is known is that the two weren't on speaking terms, and that the Zero fleet were forbidden from seeing him.Zero disappeared from New York City shortly aft
Humans of Sodor #6 ~ Lady Jane Brown-HattJane Brown-Hatt is the sister of Sir Handel Brown I. Born in 1880, her life was considered by many to be quite unremarkable despite being part of a prominent family. This all changed when she married a dashing young man known as Mr. Topham Hatt in 1910!In 1911, she gave birth to their first child, being Barbra Jane, and Charles Topham three years later. She kept herself specifically towards raising the children, and helping her busy husband in any way possible. She ended up taking over for her husband's position at A.W. Dry and Co. in 1912 when Topham left to become a Colonel in the Great War.When the North Western Railway was formed in 1923, Jane took on a secondary role in the railway's operations, often filling in for Topham when he was busy or away, and even becoming the "mother" towards the engines, much like her husband's "father" role to the engines. She lived in Wellsworth for many years alongside Topham, until his death in 1956. She became known as Dowager Hatt after his dea

Both would become life-long friends for many years to come. While serving, Captain Star was on the U.S.S. San Marcos in 1917 when it was mistakenly allowed clearance to pass through a firing zone. The damage became apparent as Captain Star did his beset efforts to save his fellow sailors. This led to a horrible leg injury, but in the end saved at least 100 sailors form their deaths.
