I've been playing around with a different set up for making jewelry tutorial videos lately. I used to have to "hug" my tripod while I worked. As you can imagine, that was more than a little awkward, so I didn't do too many of them. Now that I figured out a way to make an overhead rig for my camera, these things are going to be a lot easier (I hope). I'm still trying to fine tune the set up so that I can get everything correctly in focus... and not keep moving out of the frame. But so far, so good. This isn't the greatest quality video, but it is a little bit better than the last one I did. Hopefully by the next one I'll have it just right.
