Techinque Method: Scanning image and making said image 16 bit, to reduce colors, and color the outline of the image black, and saving the image to it's origional 24 Bitamp state to gain unique colors once more.
Character Design Info: Character's had at least been changed six times, even though the recent design is final, I tweaked it a little to make it more "complex" when I make character - based requests, this combining three art requests and mixture of the origional design for the arms and feet.
