Now that I think about it: How would you describe someone who likes different things and want to be different from other people? Normally I'd say they want to be "different" from everyone else, but on the flip side, there's also "hipsters".

I don't know if I'd fall into the hipster category, because by nature, I've always loved doing and liking things no one else would even bother to do or look at. Hipsters are normally seen as bad influences, but it depends how you look at them. Do they oppose everything you say just to piss you off or do they simply don't mind what you like or the way you act?

So what do you think of all this, peeps?

Heck if the best word for it is "hipster", then call yourself a hipster. Own it. Grow yourself an ironic mustache, pop in a Vaporwave vinyl and fuck what everyone else thinks. You do what makes you happy bruh

A nice fancy mustache sounds nice though. The mustache molester 50x50
Damn straight! No one shall force us to change who we are. We are already as beautiful as we are! Why change that, Ehhhh?! =B

Hmm it's very interesting tbh. But truthfully it's hard to put people in categories on where they fit. But I guess it depends on what people are into and how they react.

Very true! I think what really matters is that if you can't handle or don't want to fall into a particular stereotype, I'd suggest avoiding those types of people completely. Being yourself is more important than anything else in my opinion. Don't you agree?

I agree with you 1,000% my brother. I say being yourself is the most important thing on the planet. Also yes best to avoid certain types if you're not comfortable being around in.

A non-conformist? That's the main category, subcategories include: Hippies, Goths, Emos, Metalheads, and Hipsters.

You are conforming, but to a "Non-Conformist" idea. You can be individual with your variety, it's just kinda hard to look that way without being labelled as something.

Thanks for the info, Will! That would likely seem to be the case, because if I was a hipster, you'd probably really hate my gut. :XD:

I was just curious because it seems every type of people that fall into those subcategories are really frickin' annoying. You feel me? Well, except Metalheads... they're alright. =P
