My great-grandmother; which is my grandmother's mother, passed away last month on January. At least I get to see her before she died sometime after I came back him. She always had very soft hands, and she always encouraged us what should our future be. She died peacefully, and she had a wonderful life. This is when we've celebrate the life for her wishing her that she's enjoying so much at the afterlife.

I just read it on my phone.

I wish I can comfort you, but how can I do that behind the screen? :c

Oh babeh... you have no idea how much I could use your comforting hugs every day.~ ;3;

I always feel guilty when someone is crying (especially you Sam), I just... can't watch without crying myself too. Thankfully, my mom and I (even Albert) were able to bring joy to my dad's face. It was like the perfect family reunion. He just had to let it out by himself, but even then... I didn't want to leave him alone for too long, because I want to make sure that we can still be a family and do amazing things even with the loss of one of his most important mother-figure he's ever had. Heck, I thought she was an amazing grandmother to us all by bringing the best kind of family values that she could bring.

We knew for awhile that my grandmother couldn't last for very long, but rest assured, we no longer have to worry about it. She is in a better place now. *hugs*

I can see the connection you guys have with your grandmother. I know that feeling too. It was hard to let things go. You just wish you want the person to stay a little longer, but you can't.

I'm really sorry to hear that, boo. Please guys, stay well.

Thanks man. My dad had it harsh recently: he had a hard time sleeping yesterday and he had to visit my grandma nearly every day with his brother and sisters. Thankfully, he is a very responsible and loving father to us. I can't bare to imagine how it feels like to loose one of your parents, the ones that you taught you and brought you to life from the moment you were born.

I understand! I was talking to my co-worker yesterday about my Grandmother. She passed away back in 1995 almost 22 years ago. I missed her so much and whenever August 14th comes around. It brings me sorrow! I miss her to this very day. Also from the way you speak about your Dad. He is a true man that respects his family. I really do feel sorry for him.

I appreciate your kindness. My sincere condolences to you as well.

When you really think about it, grandparents are as important as parents; they are the reason that we are living in this day and age and are closer to us than we think. It's kind of sad to see elderly people getting slacked for younger and more energetic people. Elders have been through a lot and it's incredible to see them stand out in a broader generation like ours, opening themselves to younger people. I've seen a handful of students during my past college which had a few elderly people that had the same age or older than my parents wanting to learn a new type of course. There's not a lot of them, but it's still interesting that they are giving everything they have, hanging out with younger crowds until their lives are over.

I'm hoping I can do the same in the future, because it'd be nice to share stories and interact with people younger than me no matter how old I'll be.

He is a very dear father to me, I love him every day. Just remember that people that are dear to you, like your grandmother for instance will always be with you, even through hardships, their spirit lives on through you. You are who you are and that's what's most important.
