I made this after someone asked me a question about how to put the head together. With the permission of Katy-A I posted it in case someone can use it. :-)

Is this tutorial for the sitting toothless or another one. I got the  pieces cut out and all but finding it a bit hard to figure out what goes to what. There is a  piece that says side for example but I'm finding it a bit hard on where it goes and such.

Hey, awesome headpiece explanation! Any quick tip on the eyes? How should I attach them to look the best? :3

I think it would depend on the kind of eyes you are using. If you use flat-backed eyes like I did, the best thing I found was to attach them with a dab of hot glue. It means working quickly and you really get one chance, but it holds well. Another option is a good tacky glue. I may have also hidden a couple of stitches behind the eyes to pull them together/make slight curves in the fabric for eyebrows, but I can't remember. Best of luck, and let me know if I can be of help.

Hey man, thanks for the reply! :)

I'm not sure I want to use glue, I don't trust it. >_>

Do you think small stitches around the eyes would do the job? :)

What kind of eyes are you using? If they are fabric or something it should work fine.

Do you have to revers the diagram to get the tentacles right?

I am not sure I understand your question...the diagram shows half of the pieces for the head, and after making this half, you make the other the same way but the mirror image (reverse). You don't turn the tentacles right side out until the very end, with the rest of the plushie (though you can turn them inside-out earlier and put them back to check and see that they turned out ok). I hope that helps, and let me know if I can make things clearer.

I had to figure out if the tentacles were to be sewn on the front or on the back but then I understood *-*v

This is really helpful, but I do have a question about the tentacles. I'm having a lot of difficulty with them. When I put DE and C together (9Just those, I have nothing else done.)) and I turn them inside out they look really ugly and don't seem to be the right shape, ((the middle puckers up)) I'm not sure what I've done. Is it supposed to look that way?
