Description
I have three brothers. They've all requested art from me at one time or another. While the oldest requested some Disney fanart [link] , the youngest requested some creepy crawly SCORPIONS that I have to figure out how to draw. Jeff, though, wanted to be a DC animated hero-type in Bruce Timm style. Being that he IS second oldest, I figured I should finish his request next. 
Well, and I had so much fun with 
similar request [link] that I really couldn't resist.
SAI and Photoshop as usual, with textures from cgtextures and brushes from brusheezy!

VERY nice. Jeff totally looks like Jeff and every detail on this looks polished and clean. The fingers are all perfect and the shoes look real... Plus it looks just like Bruce Timm art. Nicely done.
