I'm a software engineer, but a long time ago, in a lifetime far far away I dreamed of being a comic book creator. In college, I minored in the arts and majored in engineering (that definitely did weird things to my brain), with the intention of exploring my creative options while having a very solid backup plan to actually make a living. You can guess how that went.

As an avid reader and collector of books, I got my superhero fix in doses with the advent of super hero movies, and the wonderful City of Heroes game published in the early 2000's. While perusing the robust character creator of CoH, I first found the spark of the idea of Evie Adams. From time to time I would put pencil to paper and draw her. Then I got a Wacom, then I got an iPad Pro, then I started experimenting with generative AI, and bam! I found her!

I feel that Evie represents the best in all of us, a brilliant and truly optimistic person that never stops fighting despite the insecurities and challenges that she may face. The fact that she's gorgeous and has a tendency to end up naked due to her powers might have to do with me growing up in the 90's and all of the comic books of that era.
