A friend from AWA has recently lost her sweet budgie Coco. He turned only one years old, very unsuspected! Losing a young pet always leaves some shock.

Coco was dear to the friend, he would cheer her up and give comfort.

Coco had caught my eye right away, he looked gorgeous so I already wanted to paint him. After hearing the news, I decided to start right away. Coco deserves a dignified portrait! I choose Lechenaultia flowers, because they're native to Australia.
