What particular buildings would you want me to port? :)

Roma
- Altare della patria (called also vittoriano)
-tempio di venere (temple of venus)
-Fontana di trevi
-Campidoglio
-palazzo venezia (venus building)
-Basilica di San Pietro in Vincoli - Roma
-Scalinata e Chiesa della Trinità dei monti in Piazza di Spagna di Roma.

If you would extract all of them you'll make me very happy, but I'm satisfy also if you export only most important monuments of rome

Ah and some monuments from Paris ^-^

Jesus, what is it with people being douchy about texture quality? GET OVER IT. I really don't care, it look nice, and that's all that matters.

This isn't from Google Earth, and the majority of the textures on this model ARE high res.

They probably are the same, because this model was used in Google Earth... and yes, I have the model, I've looked at it closely, it does have fairly high-res textures for a building model. I've been to Saint Peter's Cathedral, and I know what it looks like, this model is pretty darn well made.

Hmmm... it is close, isn't it? I think they did modify it to work in GE though... I'm pretty sure textures and faces are simplified when imported into GE. If you get the chance, I would really recommend using Google Sketchup as a source for your environment models, there are some REALLY amazing stuff you can use... and its all free :)

is better GE.. you can also ripp all the buildings around...  oh well  if you have a powerfull pc to handle it.. .. anyway the models on sketchup are the same on GE... no edit.. if you want a close up un the San Peter ok.. you will see  same textures, same model...

Not Google Earth, although that's where the GE models come from :)

Sketchup is where you view and edit the models in their original form, Google Earth is simply a way to view them geospatially.
