Coming from a pure positive manner, I think the following options are a proper swift solutions for compensating the proclaimed graphics of KOFXIV:-
(A) Let Takashi Nishiyama, Eiichi Ogura, Hirokai Hashimoto-, Nobuyuki Kuroki, Youichiro soeda (SoeSoe), Kaoru Nonaka (Nona), and Senno Aki (TONKO) lead and made the illustrations & artworks of KOFXIV's prologue, plot, main story, and epilogue.
(B) Or, let Asuka Takahashi, Syunsuke Sunagawa, Ken Takahashi, Takaeshi Oda, Kazuya Miyazaki, & Shuji Uema to made the CG & opening movies, & cutscenes for KOFXIV.
(C) Or, add & combine all Special Moves & Super Special Moves (aka Desperation Moves) from the entire KOF series as well as NEO-MAX to the entire 50 characters on KOFXIV. DATA sample: www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2Wrnx…
(D) Or, summon Jade Studios (Developers of Xuan Dou Zhi Wang / King of Combat) to be involved in the development team of KOFXIV for speeding up & sprucing the development process. www.youtube.com/watch?v=NT5_m7…
(G) Re-use KoF XII / XIII models & re-sculpturing, master-crafting, & filtering them to meet Kof XIV standards & methodologies.
Otherwise, release KOFXIV on PC / Steam concurrently with its official release date on PS4.
