I've been seeing a lot of people with a lot more pageviews than me.
You may think that is a bit strange to say, but I have a hunch that people have this way of "farming" pageviews.
This account is 3 years old, and it only has 4 thousand pageviews.
Now compare that to someone like Emporer-CatVI someone who you may have seen in your inbox before, who has a 2 year old account with a whopping 550k pageviews and 150+ comments on his profile, all probably people thanking him for the fav. WHY??
Well, I think it's a multitude of factors.
1. My username probably turns a lot of people away.
2. They often mass favorite for people to come to their profile comments to thank them.
3. They often mass give llamas so people come to their profile comments to thank them.
How do I know this? Well, just look at the comments section of the types of people I have mentioned. I often get random favorites and llamas moments after I upload a new deviation from people who have never even before interacted with my account.
How do you solve this problem?
I think it's pretty simple. Just refrain from thanking anyone who favorites or gives llamas or watched.
A better thanks you could say is making more art. The person [most of the time] likes your work.
