My old trusted computer finally gasped its last digi-breath. It had been faulty for sometime now. I had been hoping it would last much longer than it did. It finally packed in 3 weeks ago, I had no choice now to get another. New computer arrived - at last. so happy with it. My first computer purely aim at digital art. Now to upload and configure the tablet and Photoshop, and I can happily draw away at my hearts content. Like a brush, pencil or charcoal, the digital format is only a tool to be used to create an imagery. The image is an expression of the artist. The use of a fan brush in oil paints to create the impression for example leaves of a tree. i now use Photoshop to create a brush to do exactly the same effect. How can anyone, and i have been asked this many times, that say a camera or photo manipulation or 3D modeling or digital painting is not only an artist tool? And to like or dislike a work of art is primarily only a subjective point of view. Have a great new year falartstudio@gmail.com

My first attempt to paint were with oils and canvas mostly painting landscapes and portraits Then discovered digital art and how i could use its applications So now i just draw, redrawing is made easy. currently working on my website - work in progress
