Yep it's open we have really low low requirements basically:
~Play nice (unless you character is mean then have at it)
~Don't mock anyones art that is and adamatic kick out
~Role Play and have fun make your own story join into a story yada yada

We are open for applications. The only requirements are that there are no humans unless I'm told ahead of time
