Guard's Past time.

Prison duty is often mundane and boring for the bright young officers. One of the favourite activities among the guards is to throw a piece of bread at a group of starving prisoners and watch them fight to death among themselves for it. The guards often bet among themselves putting a price on the prisoners heads.
