A description of the tricks I use to "fool" my scanner when I upload my drawings. :)

I have no idea if other scanners have this issue, but if they do I can tell you from experience how frustrating it can be. :slamhead: With luck, this will help a bit. :aww: (Otherwise, it will just provide amusement at the foibles of my scanner, lol...)

Ha, yeah - the trouble with it was, it took away any subtlety in the shading. The purple sky is kind of fun, though. xD

curves.. definitely my favourite thing in photoshop :D after brightness, contrast and expose :heart:

Absolutely! "Curves" is especially nice because it doesn't make that sort of foggy effect that just using "Brightness/Contrast" sometimes does. :D

I know what you mean: the scanner at my place only has brightness/contrast in it for editing, so cause besides that I don´t have photoshop, I always submit and edit my drawings at my parents computer. It´s such a treat to play with curves :giggle:
