The reason this piece has been declined is because I am not sure whether you drew the image yourself - if you haven't, then you need to reference where that picture came from. There also isn't a lot we can critique here if you haven't drawn the image and as we are getting a lot of submissions everyday, we cannot waste time critiquing a drawing that you didn't do.
Please specify in the future how you create your wallpapers or where the main images are from. Thank you.
