That's odd. First thing I thought was She-Hulk wearing a trashbag. I have two theories already for you. The first is that it's some weird texture bleed through from SCMR (the SC1 remake using SC2's engine). Or my $2000 laptop is shitting it's pants internally. Textures fuck up right? Thats how it starts, right?
