HQ 4K PC Rendered Image - A Wallpaper for short

It is a wallpaper, but only the OS' UI or Windows, did all the resizing, coloring, contrast, and brightness. Nothing as hacky as a paint brush, adobe photoshop or the clipboard.

Just kidding. It is really that, but made only in and with the OS... I don't now... Direct X 12 rendered desktop graphics. I'm not explaining well.
