Description
Though this shot was not included in the final series I adore this picture and thought I'd upload this one. The one of Nics that was included in the exhibition series is even more beautiful. This is our first shoot together, when we got together again her tummy was bigger..
Nicole's story:
Our gorgeous little boy wasn't ever planned but his daddy and I fell in love with him the moment we saw him at our first scan. He hasn't arrived yet but he has changed our lives and made everyday so much brighter. Just one amazingly romantic weekend away to the beach in the US has turned our lives into such excitement and joy. The most trying time for Kenny and I during this special period started at the end of his two-month holiday season. We had arrived home in South Africa from living in America; it was a very special time being home again but at the end of those two months I then had to see Kenny off to America again for three and a half months. He had to go and finish off his GNCC racing season. I stayed in South Africa with amazing supportive and loving family but to have Kenny be so far away and miss out on so many things was sad and I often got upset as I felt like he was missing out on the important changes in our sons development and my changes that I needed him for. I'm so lucky to have such wonderful supportive family and friends who helped keep me strong. Thankfully Kenny is home now and I couldn't ask for anything more, our little family is one again. Due date: 10 January 2012
My note:
The reason for the piece being called "Little Olive" is because so far Nicole and Kenny have not come to a decision for their baby's name, so as a joke baby has been called Olive while he is in Nicole's tummy.
Model: Nicole and "Olive" (he's in the tummy)
Photographer: Me
Thank you to all that favourite my work.
