how do ya’ll get through seasonal affective disorder/depression? this year so far has been rivaling my beginning of 2016... 2017’s winter was mild and for some reason it didn’t affect me much
but this year i’ve been really, really struggling to stay afloat and i want to know — what works for you? i have been on vitamin D supplements to help out but they haven’t done much. my parents won’t allow me to go on meds so, is there anything aside from that you’ve noticed works or makes the winter more bearable?

I take vitamin B12-!
It works a lot better than vitamin D in my opinion!
Idk, I can relate with this year being harder than others... to pick myself up, I've been playing old horror RPGs from when I was in middle school...
It's nice to remember the nice parts of my childhood. (Also lots of fan-art to keep myself drawing cause that makes me happy too.)
