Awesome. It really looks like a dragon (hence its name), although it's a dino.

I really like how the crest mimics the orange area on the face - even the eye spot mimics the actual eye, very nice!

This is incredible, but I would like to note that, as a non-lepidosaurian reptile, Guanlong would not have overlapping scales. Rather, in places where there are scales, they would be non-overlapping; think more monitor lizard and less fish. I cannot tell if the long frilly structures are supposed to be feathers, but as a Proceratosaurid Tyrannosauroid Coelurosaur, Guanlong would have had simple, hair-like feathers covering much of its body and no complex, vaned feathers.

Thank you, what great information! This was meant more as a 'lets have fun piece' rather that making an accurate Guan Long.
Yes the frilly bits are meant to be long decorative feathers, and much of the fishy texture are meant to be feathers as well. Even though many dinosaurs didn't have very evolved feathers, feathers are a new tool for me to play withLa la la la
