Joys of the Summer Chapter One
It was a gorgeous summer's morning. Birds sang merrily as the sun rose higher into the sky. A slightly chubby six year old raccoon cub rode his red bike on the asphalt of a quiet residential street, his training wheels making a sort of dull rattling sound as he trundled along. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, and a pair of orange swimming trunks with white and blue flames. He smiled happily as he stopped and looked back at the little wheels which kept him steady on his bike, which he loved to ride so much. A ten year old fox watched over him, walking someways behind the little raccoon. He was wearing a dark-blue jersey and a pair of sweat-pants. The little raccoon waited for his fox friend to catch up with him.
"You're getting faster, Timothy. Soon I'll need to be on my bike to keep up with you" the fox said to him, with a small chuckle.
