12 Crafts of Christmas Day 3 - Snow Globe

(Belated) Day 3 of my 12 Crafts of Christmas is a homemade snowglobe! You’ll need:

-A clear & washed glass or plastic jar (like a peanut butter jar

-A hot glue gun

-Small figurines that fit in the jar

-Glitter

-Water

-Paint (optional)

Steps:

1) Open the jar and hot glue the figurine onto the inside of the lid.

2) Pour a spoonful of glitter into the jar, followed by some water. Fill the jar almost all the way up, but not too much.

3) Screw the lid with the figurine back onto the jar really tightly. Use some hot glue to help seal it shut.

4) If you want, paint on the back side of the jar to make a background for your snow globe.

5) Let the paint dry, and your snow globe is ready!
