Whew. I've got a lot of crazy new stuff going on right now. I was offered a job through the state, I started volunteering for my local humane society, and Adam signed up to join the union. He's hoping to start school in the fall. It's just about time, too. We've been struggling for a few weeks now so I'm looking forward to finally get things going on the right track again. Especially seeing as how we've got a couple of trips we're hoping to take this year. We're also looking forward to starting to plan some international trips, so we have to get passports and whatnot as well. I'm still stressed about my friend taking back up with her ex. Th

So I just found out that a very good friend of mine has recently gone back to hanging out with an abusive ex-boyfriend of hers. For privacy sake I won't mention her by name, but it has me fairly distressed. I remember well the last time she ran around with him and he was a horrid person in every sense. She told me that he wasn't the same person and he "apologized" for how he had treated her. I told her that an apology could never make up for what he did to her. I told her I didn't like him then and I don't like the idea of them together now, but that I'd always be here for her. I hate that feeling of helplessness that comes with situations li

No, I haven't posted any, but yes, I have been sketching away each day. Just random things and little comics. I'm going to make Adam do some poses for me to photograph so that I can use them as a reference while drawing. I am TERRIBLE with anatomy and drawing things to appropriate scale. Otherwise things are going along as normal.
