Description
In a late Jurassic Forest of what would become China, 159 million years ago, a pair of small, bristly ornithischians kick and jump at each other among the horsetails during the mating season. While small and cute, Tianyulong had large canine fangs like other heterodontosaurs and powerful, clawed feet that it could use to deliver a painful or even dangerous kick. Related to North America's Fruitadens and South Africa's Heterodontosaurus, these small, bristly dinosaurs were probably a lot more common and widely dispersed than is currently believed. Then again, maybe not. Thanks for looking!
