I like this illustration a lot! Excellent job!
Not only does the Undertale theming make me interested, but you made all the characters cute (not like they aren't cute in their own right).
The light refraction looks really good and plays nicely with the vibrant colors you chose to use.
It's also nice that the characters have their own thing going on, Chara and Frisk together, the former holding a knife.
