Collete (for some reason) was walking by in the Swamp of Love, and as she crossed one of the bridges, one of them fell apart and sank. That still didn't stop Collete, who took off her clothes, revealing her bikini, which for some reason she was also wearing, and continued swimming.

What she didn't expect was to be pulled in as soon as she got a little farther. Willow took advantage of Collete's easy prey and hypnotized her so she could do whatever she wanted with her... but it clearly didn't work out exactly as she wanted.
