Clone Wars: Padme Amidala by FrankRapoza Clone Wars: Padme Amidala by FrankRapoza
I started this one while finishing up my Asajj Ventress print. I had some free time over the holiday and used that time to finish this... it'll make the perfect X-mas gift. Hooded version coming soon!

UPDATE: Thanks for all the critiques! They were spot-on and the tweaks really made this piece look better. Much appreciated!

Apparently the same designer who made Ned Flanders' "nothin'-at-all" ski suit made Padme's snow bunny outfit here :XD: Major kudos on this! =D

Thanks CH! Yeah, I was starting to dig working on this again, but soon after I started, I had to put it down for paying projects... The next round of tweeks should tighten it up.

Looks good.
I might not have cut off her hand at the wrist there. And it doesn't look a lot like Natalie Portman, but the character comes through still, so kudos on that.
Nice coloring job, and the lips are really good. Very pouty.

Thanks, I've been having some issues with that hand myself. When you zoom out, it almost looks like the puff is her fist. I know I'll end up fixing it, or it'll bug the crap outta me. I was trying for a Portman look, but her nose still needs to be adjusted. Portman doesnt have very large lips, but the shape from that angle is close... then there's the eyes, dang, dont get me started ;)

Still a WIP, so I got time to fix a few things... Thanks for the input, I really do appreciate it.

It looks good all the same, and like I said, the character of Padme Amidala still comes through, even if it was untitled.

You're welcome, take it easy.

Actually, its more of a teaser than a finished piece, like Padme. I've already gone back to Asajj and made a bunch of changes... I'll repost it as new since she already looks so different. Stay tuned!

HA! I thought that might be the case.
Hey speaking of sketch cards, I'm gonna try something new this week..Oil Painting figure art :painter:
If it works I'll have to inverst in tiny frames :)

Tiny frames... lol

FYI: Peeps are collecting the next size-up of sketch cards... 2.5 x 4.75 I think. Might be a bit better for your oils.

Oh yeah, much better size. Although I have to use up the smaller ones before I invest in the bigger size.
