The Sky Tsunami

I don't even know how this type of storm structure is possible on our planet, but I'm certainly glad it is. As we watched a massive shelf cloud race towards a mesocyclone at dusk, we figured the show would soon be over and they would destroy each other. Wrong. Somehow, they joined to create this incredible nighttime mesocyclone. Such a smoothly sculpted massive updraft, not like anything I've ever seen before (nor do I expect to see anything like it again lol).
