Not my 100% best quality shot, but this was back when I only shot on jpeg and god knows sometimes even 16 million colors isn't enough for the fine gradient between your light source (the moon) and a starry sky. Regardless, still a pretty cool scene with lightning bugs on a hill in front of the moon. Got my pants and shoes soaked to get this shot but it may have been worth it
Please tell me what you think!
Is it just me or is there two suns??☀️🌞
Holy cow!! This is absolutely incredible!
Beautiful colors such lovely work
Wow, this pic is awesome!
This is a neat shot. Capturing fireflies is a little difficult for me, I can't seem to have enough around in order to leave the shutter open long enough to get it this bright and clear. This looks like it was taken just after sunset, but that may be the light exposure and length of shutter open. I like the color of the sky is what I'm trying to say lol.
WOW super cool!
Nope, this is a really GOOD shot!
I really love fireflies. They look so neon and AWESOME here!!!
That's really cool But that is a real picture?
" that is a beautiful shot are those fireflies?"*chases fireflies*
I'm so glad you got your pants a little wet, this is probably one of the best shots in the world.
Unbelievable! Like this shot to death. Would have never even tried to capture lightning bugs. You have a great eye, and a fantastic imagination!
It looks so awesome!
This is absolutely beautiful.
It's just incredible how magical and unreal this picture seems to be^^ but yeah that's nature
great! i love it
Wow... now thats photography.
this is SUCH a great idea!!!!!!! it looks so cool!
very cool shot
are those fireflys? i'v never seen one....
Those are fireflies, right?
i have to admit i havent seen big groups of fireflies since i was a kid. and now i live miles out of town, in the woods where its nice and dark and i still have yet to see fireflies out here
i love this! so enchanting!
I don't recall the last time I saw fireflies, they have been disappearing around here for the past 15 years. Current theory is light pollution affecting the mating light displays leading to smaller and smaller populations. I wish I could see that many in one night again, I miss it. You should totally recreate the shot when the opportunity presents itself!
This is the legit the coolest picture EVER. SO AWESOME.
that's really cool
oh, very cool. I love these little creatures! nice shot!
It's charming. Looks very... ah... magical?
I like it.
I like it.
It was worth it, love the randomness
oh, lightning bugs I'd love to see some again one day, but no chance for that in this urban area ... thank you for sharing!
I'm having a hard time believing that's the moon, then again I doubted my parents when they told me I could see at night with a full moon .
